Friends of LINSTAR External Referral Program Bonus = $500
LINSTAR takes pride in attracting, developing and retaining the most talented, creative, and dedicated individuals. Our company culture is defined as a successful, entrepreneurial spirit—which is why we also want to encourage and reward individuals outside of LINSTAR to refer applicants for our full time open positions. You will receive a payment of $500 no more than 30 days following the six-month hire anniversary of the referred full time employee. All referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 and email it to us prior to receipt of payment. The payment will be taxable earnings, and you will receive a 1099 at year end.
How to refer a candidate:
- Check LINSTAR's open positions shown above.
- E-mail the resume of the candidate you're referring to email@example.com with "Friends of LINSTAR Referral" in the subject line.
- State the position you are referring the candidate for and include your name and detailed contact information in your email to ensure that you receive your reward.
- In order for referral fees to be paid, individuals must be hired within 180 days of the referral.
- Referral fees will only be paid to referrers when the new hire has been employed as a full-time employee and reached their six month anniversary.
- Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by LINSTAR or IdentiSys.
- Referred candidates must not have applied to one of our external job postings or currently entered in our applicant tracking database.
